To Order
1. Choose the item(s) - product name
2. Email to yen.talks@gmail.com
3. We will reply your email within 24-48 hours to confirm your order together with instructions for payment.
4. Payment must be made within 24 hours from the date of the confirmation email. However please feel free to email us if you need more time.
5. All items will be sent out via Pos Express or Pos Laju or ABX Courier within 2 days after receiving payment.

2. Back outs are not permitted once payment has made.
3. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

5. Payment to be made via online transfer/ cash deposit into our Maybank/Public Bank account within 24 hours of confirmation, after which, it will be released for sale again.
6. All sales are final.
7. Colors of actual product may differ slightly from actual product due to monitor settings and lighting of photography.
8. All measurements are taken with the item(s) laid flat.
9. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
10. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.
